From there, it turns to God's distinct roles and responsibilities for husbands and wives: a husband's calling to love, understand, and honor his wife according to Christ's pattern, and a wife's calling to order her priorities, help her husband, and honor him as part of the picture of Christ and the church. Listeners can expect practical, Scripture-centered teaching aimed at replacing cultural assumptions with God's design for a marriage that displays Christ to the world.
