A True Disciple follows the biblical progression from the making of a disciple, to the marks that identify one, to the ministry a disciple is called to fulfill. The series challenges believers to move beyond information and profession into surrendered obedience to Jesus Christ. It emphasizes faithfulness to God’s Word, the preeminence of Christ, counting the cost, loving God and His people rightly, abiding in Christ, bearing spiritual fruit, and investing truth in others. Listeners can expect a searching study of what discipleship requires and produces, ending with Christ’s Great Commission and the responsibility of every believer to help make other disciples.
